Endpoint Preclinical is a specialized network of senior surgical and scientific experts supporting complex preclinical programs across therapeutics and medical devices. Our team includes board-certified veterinary surgeons, microsurgeons, cardiovascular and CNS model specialists, physiologists, pathologists, and regulatory consultants who embed directly into client programs.
We support surgical model development and execution across rodent, rabbit, porcine, ovine, and non-human primate studies, including cardiovascular access and catheterization, heart failure and ischemia models, telemetry implantation, neuro and spinal cord injury models, device implantation, and advanced survival surgeries. Beyond technical execution, we bring structured study design, perioperative planning, and reproducible workflow development to improve data quality and translational relevance.
From early feasibility through GLP-aligned safety and regulatory studies, Endpoint provides on-site surgical leadership, protocol development, training, troubleshooting, and data interpretation. We work as an extension of internal teams and CRO programs to strengthen surgical rigor, reduce variability, and accelerate progress toward IND and device submission.
