Exhibition Information
Wednesday, September 23th
8:00 am – 4:00 pm Exhibitor Set Up
4:30 pm – 7:00 pm Exhibiting at the Opening Reception
Thursday, September 24th
8:00 am – 3:30 pm Exhibiting Hours
3:30 pm – 4:30 pm Teardown
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Cocktail Reception
Friday, September 25th
There will be no exhibition on Friday, however, vendors are welcome to partake in breakfast, attend sessions and the awards luncheon.
Exhibiting Space
Booth Fee: $1150
Exhibit table space consists of one 6’ x 30” table with two chairs. The entire foyer area is fully carpeted.
As part of your exhibition fees, one (1) personnel may attend the meeting to staff your booth. Passes for additional booth personnel can be purchased for $350 / person. Additional booth personnel can be added during the booth registration process.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations of conference registration received by the ASR Headquarters before 5:00 PM (central time), August 31, 2026, will be honored and processed within 30 working days. Each conference registration cancellation will be assessed a $75 (USD) processing fee, and the amount refunded will reflect that fee.
Cancellations received after August 31, 2026, will be refunded at the discretion of ASR, less any expenses incurred by ASR. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows. Delegates assume responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by the ASR Headquarters.
